1. CCC vs. Core Defense Cap Safeguard for X-Large shield boost - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Safeguard rigs are best when paired up with a cap booster, basically allowing you to permarun your XL Shield Booster for as long as you have cap charges. If you're running off pure cap regen, CCC or semiconductor rigs are better.
